Prestigious organization The Parents’ Choice Foundation recently honored new DVDs featuring, Shaun the Sheep^™, Angelina Ballerina^™ and Thomas & Friends^™ as outstanding programming for children.
The DVDs distributed by Lionsgate and produced by HIT Entertainment, present entertaining content and rich characters that become lifelong friends to children, encouraging exploration of their imaginations and the world around them.  Filled with gentle messages about life lessons, these imaginative programs help early learners grow in both heart and mind.
The prestigious awards were assigned to various categories of award based on the level of recognition.  With only seven DVD’s awarded per category, each release stands-out as a top-tier entertainment choice for young children.  Shaun the Sheep received the highest honor among the group at the Silver level, noting the DVD has “a wonderful, whimsical sense of fun.”
